At Lizaly's Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help!

Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at lizalysboutique@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Certain items, such as final sale items or gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for specific details.
